Bliq is a Brisbane based company that builds custom business automation and AI systems for medium to large businesses. Founded by Arif Memis and Ash Semitecolos.
Bliq started as a tool Arif built for his own job at Leasewise, a retail and QSR tenant rep business. Deals lived in inboxes, spreadsheets and heads, so we built a pipeline that reads the email, records the offer and shows what happens next. Someone saw it and said, build us this. That is how Bliq began. It's pronounced blick.

Arif Memis has spent a career on the operator's side. Arif founded and ran a hospitality group, negotiates retail and QSR leases for a living, and holds a construction economics degree. Bliq began as the tool Arif built at Leasewise to stop chasing status updates. Today Arif leads operations and client work.

Ash Semitecolos is an AI specialist and the architect behind every Bliq build. Ash has spent more than 15 years in hospitality technology, ran a cafe business, worked at the Commonwealth Bank and built Kelari, a household food management app, from the ground up. Ash pairs the technical side with business sense, so every system holds up in a real business.
