Bliq is a Brisbane based company that builds custom business automation and AI systems for medium to large businesses. Founded by Arif Memis and Ash Semitecolos. We put your data in one system, give each role its own view, and use AI to read documents, draft reports and route the admin, one phase at a time.

Businesses with enough people and systems to feel the mess, usually 20 people or more, in any sector. If your team retypes the same numbers into three tools, or one person holds the status of everything, we can help. Smaller businesses are welcome to ask, and we will tell you straight if off the shelf would do.

We spend one to two days with your team, 45 to 60 minutes with each person who touches the process, then a round of follow up questions. You get a blueprint with a module map, data design, migration plan and a phased roadmap, with a price for each phase.

Yes. The blueprint is yours to keep, whether we build it or someone else does. It sets out what to build, in what order and what each phase costs, so any capable team could pick it up. We would rather win the build on merit than lock you in.

Yes. Each phase is a decision point. You pay for one phase, we prove it works, then you decide on the next. If a phase does not earn the next one, you stop, and you keep what was built along with the blueprint.

No. We design around the systems that already work for you, like your accounting package and Microsoft 365. We replace the ones that do not, usually spreadsheets, old custom apps and project boards nobody updates. The new system connects to what stays, so your team stops retyping the same numbers.

No. The AI sits inside your workflows doing specific jobs, like reading an invoice, drafting a report in your words, flagging an expiry or routing a request. A chat window can be part of it, but the system is the point, and every AI job we describe is one we can show you running.

Any business where work is spread across inboxes, spreadsheets and people's heads. Our first builds were in property, and the same patterns turn up in professional services, logistics, trades, healthcare groups and multi site operators. If your team has several people and several systems, the sector matters less than the mess.

Every build is different, so we do not publish a price list. Each phase is scoped and priced before it starts, and nothing is built until you approve it. Discovery comes first and ends with a blueprint you keep, whoever builds it.

AI drafts and sorts, and people decide. Which steps need a person to sign off is agreed workflow by workflow, before anything goes live. Your data stays in systems you control, and before we start we tell you plainly where it will be stored for your build.

It depends on the phase. Discovery takes one to two days. After that, each phase is sized so you see it working early, rather than waiting months for one big launch. You get a timeline for every phase before it starts, and it is part of what you approve.
