Example
Maintenance jobs
Jobs raised, assigned and closed with photos, instead of a project board and a phone.
We build systems for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and off the shelf tools. Every build is different, but the work falls into six areas.
Operations and workflows
We map how jobs, approvals and handovers move today, then build one place where each piece of work has an owner, a status and a next action. Nobody has to ask where things are at, and nothing waits in one person's inbox.
The system follows your process, not a template. Each role sees the work that is theirs, and managers see all of it in one view.
Example
Jobs raised, assigned and closed with photos, instead of a project board and a phone.
Reports that write themselves
Yes. The system learns from your past reports, then drafts monthly, board and owner reports from live data, in your language. Who reviews each report before it goes out is agreed when we build it, so the right person always has the final say.
No more copying numbers from five spreadsheets into a template on the last day of the month.
Example
An investor update drafted from the month's numbers, ready for the CEO's edits.
Documents and invoices, read for you
AI reads each PDF or email, pulls out the numbers and dates that matter, checks them against what you expect, and files them. Anything unusual is flagged for a person instead of being passed through. Your team checks what was flagged instead of retyping every document.
It works on the documents you already receive, in the formats your suppliers already send.
Example
Supplier invoices matched to jobs and cost codes before they reach accounts.
Pipelines and CRM
Enquiries, deals and follow ups are captured from email and forms, logged against the right record, and moved forward as things happen. Everyone sees the same status without a weekly catch up, and nobody has to type a status update again.
This is where Bliq started. We built it for our own leasing work before anyone asked us to build it for them.
Example
Every offer and counter offer on a deal recorded from the email thread.
Compliance built in
Obligations, expiries and approvals are designed into the data from day one, with reminders and an audit trail. You can show what happened, who approved it and when, without digging through old inboxes and folders when an auditor or insurer asks.
When compliance is added later, it usually ends up as a spreadsheet on the side. Designed in from the start, the reminders and records happen as part of the everyday work.
Example
Insurance and certificate expiries tracked with 60 and 30 day reminders.
Connected to what you keep
No. We connect to the systems that work for you, like your accounting package and Microsoft 365, and retire the ones that don't, usually spreadsheets, old custom apps and project boards nobody updates. Data flows between them, so nobody retypes it.
Every Discovery maps what you keep and what goes, before anything is built.
Example
Cost codes flowing between operations and the accounting system, with no retyping.
No. We design around the systems that already work for you, like your accounting package and Microsoft 365. We replace the ones that do not, usually spreadsheets, old custom apps and project boards nobody updates. The new system connects to what stays, so your team stops retyping the same numbers.
No. The AI sits inside your workflows doing specific jobs, like reading an invoice, drafting a report in your words, flagging an expiry or routing a request. A chat window can be part of it, but the system is the point, and every AI job we describe is one we can show you running.
Any business where work is spread across inboxes, spreadsheets and people's heads. Our first builds were in property, and the same patterns turn up in professional services, logistics, trades, healthcare groups and multi site operators. If your team has several people and several systems, the sector matters less than the mess.
